Ajay Devgn had announced in May this year that his directorial venture, ‘Shivaay’, will release during Diwali 2016. So, that will makes Devgn compete with KJo’s film that stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. And it looks unlikely that either party will consider another date.
