Chief minister Akhilesh Yadav will inaugurate a mega call center in Lucknow which has been assigned the task of collecting feedback from the beneficiaries of 20 government welfare schemes from 13 different departments of the state government. The call center will work directly under CM’s office and assist in implementation of the government schemes.
The mega call center will directly connect with beneficiaries of government welfare schemes and report its feedback to the CM office.
The government will study the inputs to make schemes more effective.With UP development system corporation limited as the nodal agency , the call center will operate for the next two years under the present arrangement.
