NEET paper leak
The row over the alleged paper leak of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) phase 2 doesn’t seems to be in sight of an end. Petitioner Anshul Sharma is likely to file a fresh petition in the Uttarakhand High Court this week.
The Supreme Court has on August 9 refused to interfere in the plea seeking probe by the Uttarakhand Police into the alleged NEET paper leak. The petition was mentioned by senior advocate Sanjay Hedge. However, the court had granted permission to the petitioner to approach the Uttarakhand High Court.
Dr Anand Rai, RTI activist and the whistleblowler of Vyapam scam, is supporting the case. “By Friday, the petition in the Uttarakhand High Court will be filed. Besides, an application by Anshul Sharma will be sent to the Lodha Committee asking the basis on which CBSE has been given a clean chit,” said Rai.
