GoPro has launched their new Hero+ action camera which capture 1080p 60 FPS. the new Hero+ is scaled down in capability, dropping support for 4K video, a touchscreen or dual microphones.
The new camera features Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity and comes in a sturdy built that supports various compatible GoPro mounts and accessories to let you shoot outdoor videos.
It has the video sensor that is capable of recording Full HD videos(1080p Resolution) still shots with single, time lapse and 5 photos-per-second burst modes. The Wi-Fi means you can frame shots and transfer footage directly from your phone. the camera built directly into its waterproof housing (waterproof to 131 feet).
The presence of Wi-Fi and bluetooth connectivity additionally enables smart remote options that allows you to use your smartphone or tablet as an lcd monitor for recording videos.
The hero+ camera also has hilight tag to mark important moments while recording, superview to capture an enhanced wide-angle field of view and auto light mode to adjust frame rates for optimal low light performance.
But there is no removable battery, which could be a big problem on longer shoots. Something to examine.
