Now qualified non-teaching staff too can take classes
In a first of its kind, the school education department has authorized the ‘qualified’ non-teaching staff to take classes in their respective educational institutions.
The order in this regard has been issued by the Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) to make optimum use of the available human resource in government schools.
“We have some new recruits who are PG holders or have B Ed degree but are working as librarian or orderly. They can be used for taking classes in the schools wherever required,” Director School Education Kashmir, Dr Shah Faesal told
