The state registered a success rate of 27.06% in the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) supplementary exams. The results were announced online on Wednesday afternoon.
This was the first time that the re-exams were held in July. The decision was taken to avoid students losing out on a year as the exams were previously conducted in September.
While the state recorded its best performance in three years, Mumbai ranked seventh in the state among nine divisions. Students can apply for marks verification till September 3. Applications for answersheet photocopies are to be made till September 14.
