Micromax has launched a new Bolt-series smartphone, the Bolt Q338. The latest handset from Micromax is now listed on the company site availability details.
The device sports a 5-inch HD IPS (1280×720) display and is powered by MediaTek MT6580 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out-of-the-box. It has an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and autofocus and a 5MP front-facing camera.
The dual-SIM Bolt Q338 comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage out of which only 4.7GB will be available to the end user. It also has a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB.
Connectivity options include 3G, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The Bolt Q338 is backed by a 2000mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 7.5 hours talk time, and 360 hours of standby time.
Preloaded apps on the Micromax Bolt Q338 smartphone include Quikr, Hike, Chaatz, CleanMaster, Newshunt, SwiftKey, Snapdeal, Saavn and Hotstar apps. onboard is the Firstouch launcher.
