Microsoft Dialer Android app: US tech giant Microsoft’s Skype team is said to be working on a new Android app using which users even with weak internet connections will be allowed to make voice calls
The app is said to be built exclusively for India which has slow internet connections. Nothing has been revealed by Microsoft officially about the app. However, it has been revealed by a Gadgets 360 report that the Microsoft is working on the Dialer app and that it may be released on the Google Play Store by second week of December 2015.
This news is also in line with the company’s announcement of the start of closed beta testing of Skype’s India specific version. Microsoft may also come up with a Windows 10 Dialer app by first quarter of next year.
This app from Microsoft is aimed to come over the slow internet connection issues and as such India has been chosen for trial of the app. After successful testing of the app in India, it will be rolled out to other countries.
