Amongst those vegetables that are considered nutritious for your hair, spinach tops the list. Full of edible fiber, spinach is a rich source of iron and zinc in addition to other essential vitamins and minerals. Curry Leaves and Coconut Oil
Curry leaves are said to be really effective for hair growth. Usually Indians use this spice to add taste to the curries. Whenever you cook something with curry leaves in it, eat up the leaves.
