OnePlus started rolling out its new Oxygen OS update for the OnePlus 2 smartphone. The new OTA update Bumps the OnePlus Smartphone’s OS version from V2.0.1 to V2.1.0 and brings new features for the Camera, display settings and more.
The oxygen OS 2.1.0 feature a new manual camera mode for the Smartphone alongside the raw image format support for 3rd party camera apps. The company said it is facing some issues of raw format not supporting in Third-party camera apps.
OnePlus offers the possibility of adjusting the color tones on your screen, allowing users to opt for warmer or cooler colors depending on specific preferences. Exchange support has also been added and the issue of lag when switching between normal mode and airplane has also been fixed.
The changes after updating the smartphone:
The company added manual mode for all Photography supporters. hope they will give you more control for capturing the perfect moment and perfect pictures. There is a new color balance slider in the Display for adjusting the color tone of your Display. Users can now go cooler or Warmer with color tones. Raw support is now enabled for 3rd party camera apps that support this OTA. The Company fixed some issues that were causing problems with some popular 3rd party apps. Telephone service improvements so you no longer get the lag when you turn On or Off airplane mode.
The OTA is rolling out gradually, so some OnePlus models will be hit sooner than other OnePlus users. The update is 39MB in weight and is dated 20th September.
The update included several bug fixes, as well as improvements to fingerprint recognition accuracy. Other features that came with the OnePlus OS version fixed for a bug that caused the volume to be muted unexpectedly, some camera preview UX improvements and stability improvements to the front facing camera.
