1)Apple iPhone 6s/iPhone 6s Plus:
Apple will launch two new iPhones at its September 9 event. The iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s Plus are undoubtedly one of the most highly anticipated phones of the year. The iPhone 6s (4.7-inch) and iPhone 6s Plus (5.5-inch) will be powered by the new A9 chip and run iOS 9. A significant camera update is on the cards: a 12-megapixel rear camera with 4K video recording support is expected.
2)Google Nexus 5 (2015)
The LG-made Nexus 5 (2015) is expected to launch on September 29 and is also one of the most highly anticipated phones of the year. It is expected to have a 5.2-inch FullHD screen and will most likely have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor with 3GB RAM under the hood. The Nexus 5 (2015) will run Android M and will feature a fingerprint scanner.
3)Sony Xperia Z5
Sony is expected to announce its next flagship, the Xperia Z5 on September 2. Not much is known about the company’s Xperia Z3+ successor, but reports suggest that it would most likely come with a 23-megapixel rear camera and f1/2.3-inch Exmor RS sensor.
4)Xiaomi Mi 5
The Mi 5 is expected to have a 5.3-inch QuadHD display and will most likely be powered by the new Helio X20 deca-core processor with 4GB of RAM. It is expected to have a 16MP rear camera with a dual-LED flash along with a 13MP front-facing camera. A fingerprint scanner and a USB Type-C port are also on the cards.
5)HTC A9 (Aero)
After the celestial flop that was the One M9 (and M9+) HTC would be looking to turn the tide with its next flagship, the alleged A9 (Aero). It is expected to launch sometime later during the year. It is expected to have a QHD display and a f/1.9 rear sensor along with Corning Gorilla Glass 4.
