Prime Minister Narendra Modi who arrived in Jharkhand today inaugurated Solar power plant and Mudra Yojana.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at Jharkhand today in the morning and inaugurated the India’s first solar power plant in Khunti district.
The solar power plant that is launched today is 180 kilowatt solar unit in Khunti District would be the first of its kind in country, and in line with the Prime Minister’s clean energy mission.
Prime Minister Modi is also scheduled to launch a loan scheme for small entrepreneur the ‘Mudra Yojana’ in Dumka district of Jharkhand.
Mudra Yojna is a loan scheme in which Rs. 212 crores loan would be given to one lakh small entrepreneurs of Jharkhand state for the purpose of expanding their business.
Prime Minister Modi is also scheduled to inaugurate the state government scheme to provide free LPG gas cylinder connections to one lakh Below Poverty Line families in Dumka.
In order to promote cultural tourism PM Modi would also inaugurate online, the start of restoration of ancient Maluti temple complex if Dumka.
Prime Minister Modi after inaugurating the Solar power plant addressed the gathering there and he highlighted the energy conservation and energy saving.
He paid homage to Mahatma Gandhi on his Jayanthi and Lal Bahdur Shastri and said that Bapu was the biggest spokesperson for environment. He said that Indian culture never permits for the exploitation of Natural resources.
He said that in the recently held UN meeting all participating countries discussed the issue of Global Warming which is at present worrying all the countries.
He quoted ‘If Gujarat and Rajasthan think of solar energy, people will say it is understandable they have no coal. But when Jharkhand does so, it is noticed’
