During this 11 days Ganpati festival thousands of devotees coming to the above popular pandals for Ganapati darshan. Reliance has aimed to benefit this festival period offering Jionet high-speed Free 4G WiFi (Wireless connectivity on handsets) internet services to devotees.
The company said, “Devotees visiting Lalbaug Cha Raja, Sahyadri Cha Raja(Tilak Nagar, Chembur) and Andheri Cha Raja pandals during 11-day long Ganesh festival will be able to access high speed Free 4G WIFI internet services through their mobile devices.
All the visitors at any of the 3 pandals will have to scan and select Jionet, fill their details in a message that will appear on their device and register with the name and one-time password to start using wi-fi service.
Reliance on trail run offering basis Wireless connectivity to receive feedback from customer about network will be help to improve network further as Jionet gets ready. Relaince officially announced to launch 4G LTE services at the end of this December, 2015 across the country.
As of now, Reliace Jio holds spectrum in the (14 circles)1800Mh, and (22 circles)2300 MHz that are capable of offering 4G wireless services. The company is also encouraging smartphone manufactures to make 4G smartphones in India and has promised to buy the entire stock and thereafter sell it under the ReConnect brand.
