Sadhvi Pragya along with seven others were booked in the murder case of Sunil Joshi.
In connection with the murder case of ex Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) pracharak Sunil Joshi, Sadhvi Pragya Singh Takur, one of the accused in Malegaon blasts case along with seven others were booked by a Dewas court.
Second Additional Sessions Judge Rajendra Kumar Verma ordered to file an FIR against Pragya Thakur, Vasudev Parmar and Anand Raj Kataria under section 120 (B) (criminal conspiracy) and other relevant sections of IPC.
Other accused Harshad Solanki, Lokesh Sharma, Rajendra Chaudhary, Ram Chandra Patel and Jitendra Sharma were booked under sections 120 (B) and 302 (murder).
The National Investigation Agency has charge sheeted Sunil Joshi in connection with Samjhauta Express train blast case that occurred in 2007 killing 68 people and injuring 50. The blasts occurred on February 18 2007 in Samjhautha express train which connects Delhi, India, Lahore and Pakistan. Bombs were kept in the two carriages of the train which were fully filled with passengers.
But on December 29, 2007 Sunil Joshi was shot dead when he was walking back to his hideout at Chuna Khadan locality in Dewas town of Madhya Pradesh.
After closing the Sjnil Joshi murder case the madhya Pradesh police again reopened the case and filed a charge sheet in Dewas alleging that Sadhvi Pragya Thakur who was arrested in the Malegaon blasts case with the assistance of four others had murdered Sunil Joshi fearing he might expose the entire conspiracy from Samjhauta to Ajmer blasts.
