IOCL plans to commission Paradip refinery in January 2016
BHUBANESWAR: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) chairman B Ashok on Tuesday said it will shortly commission the 15 million metric tonne per annum (MMTPA) refinery at Paradip.
“We are going to commission the project very shortly (probably in January). We have brief about status of the project to the state government and it is extremely appreciative towards our efforts,” Ashok told reporters after a meeting with chief secretary G C Pati here at state secretariat.
Ashok said the refinery is largest in the world in the world as some of the technology we have used in the project was of international standard.
