In an effort to corner the BJD government in the run up to the panchayat elections in February, the BJP is planning to start an anti-Naveen campaign before a mega rally in city on November 25.
Speaking to reporters after the party’s state executive meeting, state BJP president Basanta Panda said the party will come out with panchayat-wise allegation papers against the Naveen government. “We will write these allegations on walls in the respective panchayats. We will reach out to all the 6800 panchayats,” Panda said. “People’s issues such as failing healthcare, problems of drinking water and poor condition of roads will be highlighted during the campaign to expose Naveen’s inaction during his 17 years in power,” Panda added.
