On Monday, the Supreme Court of India said it was aware of serious governance problem faced by Delhi citizen because of the constant fight between the Delhi government and Centre.
But, SC refused to entertain a PIL on governance deficit leading to deaths from deadly disease Dengue that has killed more than 20 in the state so far saying he court could entertain a petition pointing out the specific violation of constitutional provision and not governance deficit.
The apex court said if the two governments – one drove by Narendra Modi at the Center and the other drove by Arvind Kejriwal – don’t resolve their debate and make governance issue then citizens will pass appropriate decision at suitable time.
In the wake of listening to senior lawyer Sidharth Luthra, a seat of Justices V Gopala Gowda and TS Thakur said it was for the two administrator to sit together and resolve the issues and give great administration. It is not for the courts to venture into such question, it said.
On the off chance that the two governments – one drove by Narendra Modi at the Center and the other drove by Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi – don’t resolve their issues soon the general population will go on the their decision at a proper time.
Taking after the court’s perception, senior legal counselor Sidharth Luthra said the SC seat additionally underlined that it was for the two governments to determine the question and give great administration to the general population and that it was not proper for courts to ignore on judgment such debate.
