This is the most recommended method to extend the expiry date of WhatsApp for free.
From your Smartphone, open the WhatsApp.
Go to Settings > Account.
Select ‘Delete my Account’.
In the next step, you should enter your mobile number in the text field for confirmation and press ‘Delete my Account’.
Once the account was deleted, open the WhatsApp again and create a new account with the same mobile number.
Next, go to Settings > Account > Payment info.
There you’ll find that your WhatsApp expiry date has been extended for another year.
Open WhatsApp on your mobile device.
Go to Settings > Account > Change Number.
Click ‘Next’ to continue.
Now, you’ll find two text fields where you’ll need to enter the old mobile number in the first field and a new number in the second field. However, ensure that this new number is not registered with WhatsApp before.
Now, repeat the steps 1 to 5 but this time, enter the new mobile number in the first field and the old one in the second field (in step 4).
That’s it! Your WhatsApp validity is now extended for another year for free.
You can check the same by going to Settings > Account > Payment info.
